Shanna Valentine
Founder/Attorney
SHANNA GRADUATED FROM THE ST. THOMAS UNIVERSITY SCHOOL OF LAW IN MIAMI, FLORIDA, AND RECEIVED HER UNDERGRADUATE DEGREE FROM THE UNIVERSITY OF NORTH TEXAS IN DENTON, TEXAS, WHERE SHE MAJORED IN CRIMINAL JUSTICE AND MINORED IN POLITICAL SCIENCE. SHANNA GAINED VALUABLE TRIAL AND APPELLATE LITIGATION EXPERIENCE AS A CERTIFIED LEGAL INTERN FOR THE MIAMI-DADE PUBLIC DEFENDER’S OFFICE WHERE SHE WON EVERY CASE SHE WAS ASSIGNED.

Shanna opened her own practice in 2013 with a focus on Family Law and gained invaluable experience in the courtroom.  In 2016, Shanna changed her firm’s focus to personal injury.  She knew that there was a need for a “boutique style” personal injury firm where clients were treated as people rather than numbers.  As a local resident of the community that she serves, Shanna prides herself on helping individuals who, without her, would not have a voice.

Shanna’s dedication to the community earned her the Dean’s Community Service Pro Bono Award for her work with the Miami Rescue Mission’s Jeffrey A. Tew Education Center. There Shanna taught mathematics, English, and grammar to men who suffered from life-controlling problems such as homelessness, chemical abuse or addiction, medical and mental issues, illiteracy, and lack of adequate job skills with the goal of improving their academic skills to prepare them for re-entry in the job market.

When not practicing law, Shanna enjoys reading crime novels, going to comedy clubs, and spending time with her family.
